This is a Big Lake EDC project and business owner/renter has no information and cannot offer, guarantee, promise, or change scope of work for any reason.  All correspondence must be contained between bidder and Big Lake EDC.

This is not a "sealed" bid competition.  Big Lake Economic Development Corporation  is an equal opportunity employer.  We reserve the right to refuse/accept any bid if advantageous to tax payer's money.

All Bid Requests should be placed in an envelope and delivered to:

Bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered, regardless of circumstances, unless no bid is awarded at designated meeting.  If no bid is awarded, all submitted bidders will be notified of the reason and they will be given the opportunity to resubmit an updated bid or continue with previously submitted bid.
